1. Eligibility for Refund:
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Refunds are only applicable to products purchased directly from Tendeal Website. Purchases from authorized retailers must be returned to the respective retailer and are subject to their return policies.
2. Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at +974 5073 1405 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you have received an RMA number, securely package the product and include the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the product back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If the product is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 15-30 business days.
3. Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges for cosmetic and skincare products. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the refund process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Damaged or Defective Products:

6. Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
