RETURNS PROCEDURE:
We don’t do refunds but what we can do is return and replace the item in the case of which the parcel was damaged. That includes any leakage, breakages, and any sign that the parcel was tampered with. You can send an email to support@souqaljameela.comwith photos showing how the parcel is damaged including all details as soon as possible as we want our orders to reach you in perfect condition. Please leave the package retained as it is until we resolve the issue.
