Terms & Conditions:

a- Payment Terms: 60% Advance Payment.

b- Delivery Time: To be agreed upon by both parties.

c- Basis of Quotation: Our quotation is based on the sizes and quantities mentioned in your inquiry, actual dimensions, or as per the agreement.

d- Price Alteration: Any alterations to the specified sizes or quantities will be subject to price revision. The quoted price applies only to this project and cannot be used as a basis for any future requirements.

e- Validity of Prices: Our prices are valid for 5 days from the date of submission of this quotation.

f- Final Invoicing: The final invoicing value will be based on actual sizes and quantities, as measured on-site.

g- Estimated Price: The provided price is estimated based on the tender documents (drawing, BOQ, and specifications).

h-Final Price Agreement: The final price will be agreed upon issuance of the purchase order.

h- Client Responsibilities: The client shall bear the responsibility for any underground services, Kahramaa, municipality approvals, Ooredoo, drawings, QCDD approvals, Civil Defense approvals, CAR insurance, and temporary electricity.

General Notes:

a- Quotation Limitations: Our quotation is limited to the items and activities described above.

b- Material Damage: DL is not responsible for any damage to our materials at the site caused by other works.

c- Incorporation into Agreement: These conditions and notes will be part of any agreement based on this quotation. d- Separate Quotations: Anything not mentioned in the quotation will be quoted separately.

e- Removal of Dismantled Materials: All dismantled materials will be removed from the site.

f- Exclusion of Government Fees: Our price does not include any fees to the government or duly constituted authorities for permits or any related fees.

g- Client-Induced Delays: Any interruption or delay in our progress caused by the client will be subject to invoicing for the time spent by our personnel at the site as a time variation.

h - Return Policy: Cancellations of works will only be accepted within 1 day from the starting date.

A penalty of (30%) of the amount will be charged.
