Refund/ Cancellation policies for products purchased on Qmahal.com

All purchases made on Qmahal.com are considered final, and no refunds will be issued. The purchaser is responsible for carefully considering their choices regarding color, size, and items purchased. Furthermore, it is important to read all information about the deal and to understand what is included in the price.

We recommend not allowing children or other unauthorized family members or friends access to your account at the payment site without your permission so that no unauthorized purchases can be made on your behalf.

There are certain exceptions to the "No Refund" policy, such as: if the product was damaged during transit, if the product did not arrive and was lost by the carrier, or if the product is defective. The customer will receive a full refund if the product is returned to Qmahal.com within seven days of receipt. It is necessary to return the item unused and in its original packaging along with the original receipt.

Qmahal.com does not offer warranty coverage for products purchased on the website unless explicitly stated in the fine print. By making a purchase on Qmahal.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the "No Refund" policy for Qmahal.com products.

1.  Online Purchase refund will take 7 to 10 days to process the refund or as per the bank process. Cash refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method

2. Products must be unused, unopened, and undamaged

3. Valid proof of purchase is required.

4. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. If the product reaches the destination and the customer wishes to cancel the order, delivery charges may apply.

6. No exchange or refund on digital codes and play cards.
